Origin: Afrikanerisms

idiot (more likely an "asshole"; can also mean "female genitalia") (profanity)(rude). For example: "Rory Da Costa is the biggest doos to walk the planet!" From the Afrikaans word for "box" as used in common everyday language. Though people trying to speaking Afrikaans in a pure form still use the word "doos" when referring to a small box.
